ΜΕΤΑΠΤΥΧΙΑΚΕΣ ΣΠΟΥΔΕΣ

Στο πλαίσιο του Μνημονίου Συνεργασίας μεταξύ της Νομικής Σχολής Αθηνών και της Επιτροπής Ανταγωνισμού τη Δευτέρα 20 Μαρτίου 2025 οι φοιτητές/-τριες του προγράμματος Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών Εμπορικού Δικαίου με ειδίκευση "Άυλα αγαθά και Δίκαιο Ανταγωνισμού" της Νομικής Σχολής ΕΚΠΑ με τους Καθηγητές τους, Ομ. Καθηγητή κ. Σουφλέρο, Καθηγήτρια κα Μικρουλέα, Αν. Καθηγήτρια κα Κινίνη και Αν. Καθηγητή κ. Μαστρομανώλη, πραγματοποίησαν επίσκεψη στα γραφεία της Επιτροπής Ανταγωνισμού (ΕΑ).

Implementing the MoU between the Hellenic Competition Commission and Athens Law School (20.9.2024), the Competition Law LLM Students had the uique opportunity to visit the HCC tohether with their Professors, Prof. Soufleros, Mastromanolis, Mikroulea and Kinini. Vice President Ms Hara Nikolopoulou, Head of Legal Ms Karkani and Chief of Legal Unit Ms Nantia Skandali had insightful presentations on the aims of competition law as well as on the standard and burden of proof in competition law cases.

A remarkable learning experience, bridging theory with practice, forging links between enforcers and academia!
